IAC attempts to acquire Meetic

Further online dating consolidation: IAC, the owner of Match.com in US, already owns 27% of Europe's No.1 dating firm Meetic. IAC has made an offer of €15 per share to buy the remainder of Meetic and extend their reach in the Eurozone.
